I have purchased tickets have confirmation email and when I put in the reservation no and surname of guest it says error 3020 contact our contact centre. I am leaving for Paris in the morning and wont have a printer and the contact centre is closed now until I leave. HELP I have paid for the tickets but cant access them in my bookings to print them.
Can't print tickets error. HELP PLEASE.

In your confirmation email, haven't you received pdf files ?
Maybe you could try this :
go to https://www.booktick...eylandparis.com then click on "your reservations". If it doesn't work when you put your email, reservation and code, you should try to click on "If you have not received your confirmation email, or you have lost your reservation number - please click here"...
