    It's my first time at disneyland, we buy de tickets online, and i received an email about the reservation, saying that my payment was accepted, with the respect number, but now i want to print the tickets an the site says that there is no reservation ou ticket! 


    Do you please help me to understand why this is happening, and how can i have the tickets, cus there is only a number to call, and is very expensive for me calling from Portugal.
